They have excellent customer service! The t-shirt I designed was printed off-center and smaller. I was really disappointed because the t-shirt was supposed to be a gift to someone. I called Rush Order Tees, and they sent me a replacement with expedited shipping. Did I mention that I had no trouble explaining my problem? They were very understanding. The replacement t-shirt arrived just in time AND the printing was perfectly aligned in the center. I am more than pleased with the product and their service.

Incredible. I placed an order two years ago for some custom work for my dad, and just recently it was lost. Through their customer service live chat, they were able to locate the original order and replace the exact items, as well as order a few more. WONDERFUL experience.

I order an apron off of this website for Father's day. It got to me on the scheduled time they estimated (however it did take like a month). I was not satisfied with the design they printed and immediately contacted their customer service. They were easy to reach and responded instantly. They explained they got not make the design bigger due to seams on the apron but that they would offer a deal for my next purchase if wanted and a full refund. I do plan to use their services again even though this design I had in mind did not come out quite like I wanted. Highly recommend!

Outstanding customer service, I wish I could remember her name but she was awesome! She helped me fix my order on one of the T-Shirts and instead of me having to return the shirt I sent her a picture of the mistake made and they sent me 2 free shirts no charge! Thank you!
